How We Do It

Most items are ready for shipping and will be sent within 1-3 days after purchase.

We send by regular postal service. If you wish for express mail or any other method please contact us :)

Items that are made to order takes longer to be ready and have an estimated making time, which is mentioned in the listing :)

Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 10-30 days (regular postal service). We can ship to any destination you wish. 
Delays in the postal service and during holidays sometimes occur, and we can't be held responsible for.
Please contact us if you have not received your item within 1 month, and we will help you to track your package.
International customers may be required to pay customs duty on some larger packages. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do our best to get the items to you as soon as possible and in great shape.

Please remember natural fibers are each unique and have their own character in patterns and colors ! That's their beauty and magic :)
